A Cultural Step in Nature:
Discovering the Strides Through Black Environmental Wellness
 
Engage in a panel discussion highlighting the history of our land and the environmental effects on the mind and body of Black and Brown individuals. Participants will be able to measure their heart rate before and after a trod through nature as they learn to identify different medicinal plants that were discussed in the panel. Participants can look forward to learning the value and connection between nature, history and their wellness.

3:15pm - 3:30pm Wrap up and final heart rate collections
